Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or international freight with knowledge of global movement of goods.
• Background in customer or commercial account management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Sales Manager in delivering revenue targets.
• Act as the main contact for customers and suppliers.
• Manage the end-to-end order process effectively.
• Coordinate international logistics for on-time deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
• Capture customer feedback and report intelligence for growth.
