Job summary

A large global organisation is seeking a Data Administrator to join their team in Cardiff, UK. This role offers a hybrid work model starting immediately, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote work.

  • Organised and structured with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Trace individuals to reunite them with clients using various platforms.
  • Order certificates from registry offices and consolidate expenses.
  • Process large data files through internal systems and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Receive, distribute, and record post, data entry and filing.
  • Take inbound and outbound telephone calls to re-engage individuals with clients.
  • Engage with and support key stakeholders across the business.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
