Responsibilities

  • Process various administration tasks.
  • Process new applications and update changes.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Assist inbound and outbound calls in Contact Centre.
  • Log data forms and assist with member queries.
  • Support auditing of essential documentation.
  • Coordinate ISO and safety inspections.
