A leading HVAC solution provider based in the City of Westminster is seeking a sales professional to identify and develop business opportunities within the Data Centre market. The role requires a strong technical background in HVAC and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Experience dealing with GCs, M&Es, consultants, and/or end users.
  • Competitor knowledge.
  • Target & objective focused.
  • UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Data Centre market.
  • Manage and develop existing strategic key accounts.
  • Build specification pipeline and backlog with designer clients.
  • Ensure regular customer contact with target stakeholders.

Skills

Technical knowledge of HVAC industry

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Data Centre market.
  • Identify, qualify, target, and develop new DC accounts (end users / contractors / consultants).
  • Managed and develop existing strategic key accounts - secure orders and develop enquiries.
  • Build specification pipeline and backlog with designer clients, as part of business plan.
  • Liaise with Data Centre Project Management team on projects, ensuring customer service excellence.
  • Ensure regular customer contact with identified target stakeholders - travel will be required.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC industry, in particular hydronic chilled water and airside products.
  • Strong sales background in HVAC, specifically data centre cooling.
  • Experience dealing with associated GCs, M&Es, consultants and/or end users.
  • Competitor knowledge.
  • Target & objective focused.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • UK Driving Licence.
  • IT Literate with MS Office skills.
