Job description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our established maintenance team. This role will focus on both reactive and planned maintenance across a wide variety of commercial and residential properties, including offices, schools, care homes, student accommodation, and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Work as an HVAC Engineer on reactive and planned maintenance tasks across heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults on systems such as boilers, heating controls, showers, and pipework.
• Carry out servicing and compliance checks on HVAC equipment and associated systems.
• Communicate effectively with the office team to report material requirements and provide updates for clients.
• Support defect-period works following project completion.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship, maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Experience & Requirements
