Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our high-energy, high-impact People team. This role supports all aspects of the employee lifecycle and ensures smooth HR operations on site at our facilities in Oxford. You will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and work within a broader HR team led by the HR Director, gaining close mentorship and visibility into strategic HR planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, right-to-work checks, induction, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR and internal policy compliance.
HR Administration & Support
  • Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports.
  • Support payroll by providing accurate and timely employee data.
  • Manage HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity.
Recruitment Support
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to support recruitment and selection processes.
  • Assist with job postings and managing applications.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing activities.
  • Assist in organising training, development, and internal events.
Compliance & Policy
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements as needed.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous HR administration or coordination experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
