A leading engineering company in Derby seeks an HSE Systems, Data and Reporting Specialist to lead the delivery of their HSE digital strategy. The candidate will manage key HSE systems and generate meaningful reports using Power BI and other tools. Ideal applicants will have experience in data management and stakeholder engagement, with a commitment to safety and efficiency in a hybrid work environment.
Rolls-Royce – HSE Systems, Data and Reporting Specialist. Derby – Hybrid (3 days a week on site). 37 hours per week.

You will simplify and standardise how HSE data is captured, analysed and reported across the organisation.

Working within the HSE compliance team, and in collaboration with the HSE Regional teams, functions and IT, you will lead on timely, efficient and standardised HSE reporting requests to meet demands across the group.
Using the latest IT tools and techniques—including AI and Power platforms—you will champion change to standardise and simplify HSE reporting and minimise adhoc reporting requests.
