Join us as an HSE and Facilities Compliance Coordinator in Hull, UK and play a vital role in ensuring our site meets the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance. This is your opportunity to make a real impact by creating reliability and transparency in compliance management while supporting sustainability and safety improvements.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be the backbone of our compliance processes, keeping everything organised and on track. From maintaining accurate records and updating compliance trackers to coordinating audits and monitoring performance against KPIs, you’ll make sure our site operates safely and efficiently. You’ll also support environmental compliance activities, help plan HSE campaigns, and assist with contractor control and documentation. Every day, you’ll be contributing to a culture of safety and sustainability. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating compliance trackers, records and schedules to ensure ongoing site compliance
  • Coordinating and preparing internal and external audits, including scheduling, documentation and evidence collation
  • Monitoring HSE and facilities performance against KPIs to support continuous improvement
  • Supporting environmental compliance activities in line with ISO14001 and collecting accurate data for waste, energy, water and emissions
  • Assisting with document control to ensure all HSE and Facilities documentation is current and accurate
  • Supporting incident reporting and investigation processes, including maintaining logs and corrective action trackers

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within HSE, Facilities or Operations
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint); experience with PowerBi and PowerApps is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across departments
  • A positive and professional attitude towards safety, compliance and sustainability
