  • Respond to queries and deal with requests professionally and sensitively
  • Provide a high‑quality telephony and administrative support to our colleagues
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners across the CBS and the wider business
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and streamline ways of working
  • Work to ensure we meet our key performance indicators as a team and individually, as well as supporting the wider Colleague Contact function
  • Gain support and mentorship from experienced colleagues within the team and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
What you’ll bring
  • Great organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality

  • A desire to develop a career within human resources
Why Co‑op?
  • An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
  • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
  • Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
  • 30% discount on Co‑op products and 10% off other brands
  • Stream – early access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it
  • Virtual healthcare including GP appointments, mental health support, nutrition and fitness advice
  • 24/7 colleague support service
  • Training and support for your development and career progression
  • Cycle‑to‑work scheme
