About The Role :

We are looking for a HR Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering people - centred digital transformation across our global HR function. Reporting to the Head of People Data & Insights, you will lead complex HR transformation programmes that align HR strategy with IT and Digital initiatives, enabling our business to deliver world - class services and sustainable growth.

This is a global role with influence across regions, working closely with HR, IT and senior business stakeholders to design, deliver and embed impactful HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead people - centred, multi - disciplinary HR transformation projects using a range of project management approaches (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum, PRINCE2 Agile)
  • Apply modern change management frameworks to ensure successful global adoption and cultural alignment.
  • Coach and mentor HR colleagues to build digital confidence and project management capability across the function.
  • Act as a bridge between HR, IT and business leaders, ensuring alignment with Intention31 priorities : sustainability, digital innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong global networks and work with external partners and consultants to maximise project impact.
  • Facilitate workshops and design - thinking sessions to co - create solutions with stakeholders.
  • Manage and direct programmes of HR work, balancing time, cost, quality and sustainability outcomes
  • Establish KPIs and benefits tracking for HR digital initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans to support change adoption and transition to business - as - usual.
  • Provide clear, regular updates to Partners, leaders, HR leadership teams and project boards.
  • Research and advise on emerging HR technologies to inform the HR technology roadmap.
  • Support robust procurement and decision - making processes for HR digital solutions.
What We Are Looking For :
  • Proven experience delivering HR transformation projects in international, matrix organisations
  • Strong change management capability, including digital adoption and cultural change.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical, sustainable HR solutions.
  • A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent experience.
  • Confidence working across global, matrixed environments with strong organisational skills, with experience coordinating and facilitating at all levels of an organisation.
  • A track record of influencing and engaging stakeholders from early - career colleagues through to executive leaders.
  • Experience designing and delivering change programmes, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Driving high levels of stakeholder engagement and adoption of digital HR solutions.
