A government agency in Witton-le-Wear is looking for an HR Policy Lead. This role involves leading the development and implementation of inclusive HR policies, managing a small team, and working collaboratively across various departments. As HR Policy Lead you will lead the development and implementation of IBCA’s people policies. You will be responsible for ensuring the approach to HR policy is inclusive, future-focused, and aligned with cross-IBCA frameworks. You will manage a small team of two and work closely across the wider HR team to ensure policies are joined. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role which involves managing multiple priorities and frequently changing requirements, so you will need to be comfortable working with a level of ambiguity and uncertainty.
