You will work within the Global Talent Attraction Recruiting & Early Careers team where you’ll have exposure to the full life cycle of attracting, recruiting, inducting and developing talent within a global organisation. There will be opportunities to work alongside other HR functions including People & Organisation Development, HR Operations and Reward providing you with a complete picture of the different aspects of a fast‑paced global HR function.

We are looking for the right people to enable our business – so you’ll need to be a highly ambitious hard‑working team player who’s passionate about working with people, developing new innovative ideas and is keen to learn, grow and take accountability. We’re looking for students who are in the penultimate year of a Business Psychology, Business Education or similar degree ideally with a focus on HR and who are ideally on course to achieve a 2:1 or higher.
