HR Operations / Business Partner — Based in Jersey (Channel Islands). Salary: Up to 65,000; 33 days holiday.

As a HR Operations / Business Partner, you'll be the local HR lead in Jersey - supporting managers, coaching teams, and making sure every stage of the employee journey runs smoothly. This is a hands-on, varied role where you\'ll balance employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
