Job summary

A leading provider of energy solutions in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will manage all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced HR environment, ideally hold a CIPD qualification, and possess strong project management skills. This role is vital for creating a scalable HR function while fostering a positive employee culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-moving commercial HR environment.
  • Strong project management skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire employee life cycle including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Design and document foundational HR processes.
  • Develop and implement necessary HR policies ensuring compliance.
  • Advise employees and managers on complex HR matters.
  • Develop initiatives focused on employee well-being and engagement.
  • Design and deliver training programs on compliance and leadership.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR metrics.

Skills

Experience in HR generalist role
Managing strategic and administrative HR workload

Proficiency in HRIS platforms
Knowledge of UK employment law

Education

CIPD qualified or equivalent
