Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced HR & Health and Safety Officer to join a dynamic team at a well-known men’s clothing brand based in Derby.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and workplace investigations
  • Draft and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Advise management on employment law and HR best practices
  • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment

Hourly Rate: This role is offering a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship.

Working Hours: This role is full time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30.

Experience & Qualifications

Applicants must hold the following to be considered:

  • CIPD Level 5 or higher qualification (or equivalent) in HR
  • NEBOSH or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in HR with a strong Health & Safety background
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, disciplinary procedures, and risk assessment processes
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
