The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Bulgarian labour law, fluency in both English and Bulgarian, and at least 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist. Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as Senior HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HRBP in fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of Bulgarian labour law and Payroll.
• Strong command of English and Bulgarian (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills and event organisation skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate personnel files.
• Process payroll and manage all related tasks.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Deliver HR training sessions for both new joiners and current employees.
