A consulting firm is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their rights team in Maidenhead on a 1-year contract. The role involves partnering with leaders to drive organizational growth, managing employee relations, and overseeing special HR projects. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR processes, and preferably a degree in HR or related fields.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Manager in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations best practices.
  • Experience in a global matrixed organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders on business transformations and growth initiatives.
  • Lead employee relations matters, guiding managers on performance and compliance.
  • Manage escalations from HR Operations Centers.
