Description

The role of HR Business Partner will work alongside a HR team, partnering with operational managers and leadership to support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment in Coventry.

Duties
  • Provide strategic and proactive HR support to managers and employees across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
  • Advise on a wide range of employee relations matters, including complex situations in a Unionised environment.
  • Support with large change management projects including TUPE.
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and deliver training and development programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics to support decision‑making and improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
