We are looking for an HR Administrator with 12 months experience to join their busy team. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in Ipswich office and 2 days remote.

Requirements include:

  • HR experience, strong educational background, and solid Word and Excel skills.
  • Preparing job requisitions, offer approvals, and job changes within HR system (SuccessFactors).
  • Managing reference requests and preparing employment references.
  • Updating SuccessFactors with employee details ensuring data accuracy.
  • Preparing contracts, new starter packs, and creating electronic employee files.
  • Coordinating first day activities and group induction sessions.
  • Arranging feedback sessions with new employees.
  • Handling documentation for employee lifecycle events and contingent workers.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Building relationships with the global HR community and supporting system/process education.
  • Conducting pre-employment background checks and verifying right to work documentation.
  • Supporting grievance and disciplinary processes with minute taking.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll preparations.
