Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Manchester is looking for an HR Administrator for a temporary role with potential to become permanent. In this position, you will manage HR administrative tasks, assist recruitment processes, and support onboarding for new employees. You should have prior HR advisory experience, a strong understanding of UK employment legislation, and possess CIPD Level 5 certification. The role offers a flexible working schedule, with 80% office-based and 20% remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR admin tasks and insure compliance.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job descriptions and interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies to employees and managers.
  • Maintain HR databases and records.
