• Working in partnership with labour providers to review and drive performance KPI's.
• On-boarding new colleagues.
• Absence management, supporting the management team with absence meetings.
• Maintaining KPI's.
• Providing advice on HR topics such as maternity, paternity.
• Identifying ways to engage with the local community.
