A leading civil engineering firm in Hoddesdon is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role involves supporting managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations and best practices. Strong HR experience and a CIPD level 5 are required. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our VolkerFitzpatrick HR team. Reporting to an HR Manager, you will be core in supporting our managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters in accordance with legislation and best practice. This is a site-based role in Hoddesdon (office-based with some travel) and is a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will have demonstrable experience of working at similar HR Advisor level (ideally hold a CIPD level 5) with proven experience working with stakeholders and managing ER matters. You will have strong communication and relationship management skills, be a team player who is pro-active, adaptable and resilient, and have a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law. You\'ll hold a Full UK Driver\'s License.
