A leading manufacturer in North Somerset is seeking an HR Advisor to join their dedicated HR team. The role involves partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to develop effective HR strategies, providing guidance on employee relations, and driving engagement programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or logistics, and a CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification. This role offers a competitive salary and excellent growth opportunities.
Salary - 45,000 - 50,000
