Responsibilities
  • Owning complex employee relations cases - disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, restructures - and navigating them with confidence, clarity, and fairness.
  • Being the trusted advisor senior leaders turn to for expert HR guidance that drives smart, people-focused decisions.
  • Keeping us sharp and compliant with UK employment law, best practices, and policies - ensuring we always play by the rules while achieving outstanding outcomes.
  • Leading and supporting change initiatives - helping teams transition smoothly, engage deeply, and embrace what's next.
  • Analysing ER data and spotting trends to shape better strategies, stronger teams, and smarter decisions.
Qualifications
  • CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record managing complex ER cases end-to-end.
