Job summary

A leading manufacturer in Poole is seeking an HR Administrator for an initial temporary contract, transitioning to a permanent role. You will support HR operations across two sites with around 240 staff, handling tasks such as timekeeping monitoring and payroll input. Candidates must have proven HR Administration experience and excellent attention to detail. This full-time position offers a salary between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, working 37.5 hours weekly.

Job Location: Poole, Dorset

Job Type: Temporary, leading to Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Thursday 8.30am 5pm & Friday 8.30am 2pm

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (£14.35 - £15.38 per hour)

An established Manufacturer is looking for a HR Administrator on an initial temporary contract, leading to a permanent position. Working within a small HR team you will be providing HR Administration support to 2 sites with circa 240 staff.

Key duties will include:
  • General HR Administration
  • Monitoring and recording timekeeping, absences & annual leave
  • Payroll input and daily checks
  • Liaising & reporting on occupational health
  • Updating HR systems and records

Using Kronos & Peoplesoft system

The successful applicant will possess:
  • Proven experience in HR Administration
  • Excellent attention to detail
