Job Opportunity: HR Administrator

Would you like to be part of a team that helps Cabin Crew, Pilots, and airport personnel get off to a flying start?

We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR team, providing post-recruitment, vetting, and HR onboarding admin support.

This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension or permanency, subject to business needs. It is a full-time, office-based role at our East Midlands Airport office (DE74 2SA).

The role may involve minor planned travel to client meetings; therefore, a full UK driving license is essential.

  • Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (flexibility required).
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Obtaining and processing right-to-work checks for personnel.
  • Administering and applying for criminal record checks.
  • Processing applications for airport ID passes.
  • Liaising with employees to gather onboarding information.
  • Issuing employee employment contracts.
  • Booking employees onto training courses.
  • Updating training records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers.
  • Preparing recruitment and onboarding reports for senior leadership.
Key Skills & Experience
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Experience in HR, high-volume recruitment, or employee onboarding environments.
  • Experience with HR software such as SuccessFactors or similar (highly desirable).
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
