Job description: HR Administrator

HAIG Legal Group is a large estate planning company, primarily based in Lincoln.

Based at our head Office on Doddington Road in Lincoln, we are looking for a HR Officer to support the management team in delivering exceptional HR resources.

We are looking for a Trainee HR & Administrator with, ideally, 2 years experience.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring relevant Right to Work checks are conducted for all new employees.
  • Preparing offer letters, Contracts of Employment and onboarding paperwork for new starters
  • Scanning and filing of all employee paperwork, ensuring employee files are kept up to date.
  • Organising time sensitive employee reviews.
  • Supporting management with HR procedure.
  • Adhering to all HR and Payroll policies. Ensuring you are up to date with any legislation updates.
  • Dealing with ad hoc employee requests, HR queries, references and directing payroll queries to the right person or department.
  • This role has genuine opportunities to progress into a senior role as the Group continues to grow.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • You will work well under pressure, be organised and able to prioritize.
  • You will be able to deal with people at all levels.
  • You will be accurate, thorough and have excellent PC skills.
