Working Hours & Benefits

  • This is a full-time, year-round position, working from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
  • 5 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays and additional days over Christmas

We are seeking an organised and proactive administrator to join a HR team based in Guildford.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • supporting recruitment campaigns,
  • conducting pre-employment vetting checks
  • maintaining accurate compliance records
  • issuing contracts of employment
  • maintaining accurate HR systems
  • supporting the preparation of the monthly payroll

We are seeking a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can also work independently, and is highly administratively efficient.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and attention to detail, along with proven experience of working in a professional administrative role.
