A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a confident and capable HR leader to provide strategic planning and hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will manage the HR & Admin team while providing consistent HR guidance to directors and employees. The role requires strong generalist HR experience, with a focus on organizational planning, team development, and employee engagement initiatives. This is a role for a confident, capable, and self‑directed HR leader who can balance strategic planning with hands‑on delivery. You will act as the primary HR lead for the organisation and will provide clear, fair and consistent HR guidance to Directors, managers, and employees. You will also line manage and develop the HR & Admin team, creating clarity, supporting capability, and shaping expectations.
You need superb communication and administration skills, able to deal with a variety of people and keeping calm in all situations.
You will work at the head office in Ramsgate. This is a Monday to Friday position 8am 5pm with a 1‑hour lunch break.
