37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00
We are looking to recruit a Housing Officer to join our Sanctuary Housing Services team based in Kingsmead, London. For this role you will be expected to deliver high quality housing management services that meet the identified needs of customers, the organisation and the wider community.
Sanctuary Housing Services manages homes across England, providing general rented housing, housing for older people, market rent properties, shared ownership and home ownership accommodation. It also provides housing related services including lettings, debt management, compliance, tenancy management and customer services support. The job holder will ensure that they fully always understand and fulfil their responsibilities in respect of both Health & Safety and Equality & Diversity.
