Overview

I am recruiting on behalf of a Glasgow-based Housing Association for a short-term Housing Assistant to start immediately - this has scope to extend but the duration is unknown at the moment.

The role is EVH Grade 6 (£34'745).

Responsibilities

• Estate management - inspections, reporting repairs, liaising with contractors
• Arrears management - tenant contact, monitoring rent accounts, updating records

Candidate profile

• Previous housing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexible, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload
