• Preparing and distributing documentation relating to garage licensees as well as the creation of new tenancies, void tenancy changes, and mutual exchanges
• Updating the Housing IT system with any changes to tenancies and lettings as they occur
• Raising inspection requests and offers
• Letter production, rent credit, adjustment and refund documents
