Interim Housing and Communities Manager

My local authority client based within the West Midlands is looking for their next interim Housing and Communities Manager.

Contract Length: 6 months, possible temp to perm

Hours per week: 37 hours

Working Pattern: Hybrid in West Midlands

Experience needed:

  • Confident and competent Head of Service/Manager with extensive experience within local authorities or Housing Associations in Housing and Communities.
  • Experienced in both Strategic & Operational Leadership.
  • Able to represent the council for key partnerships to achieve council objectives.
  • Skilled in handling funding and finances for service delivery.
  • Capable of overseeing staff, including monitoring, analysis, and implementation of team structures & transformation.
  • Able to work on a hybrid basis with Stratford.
