We\'re looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

  • Proven experience in kitchen & larder production as well as commercial experience
  • Strong knowledge of both classical and modern techniques is essential as well as desire to teach and to inspire young people to progress into the industry at the highest level
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
