Qualifications

• Strong relationship building skills are essential.
• Must be registered with GpHC.
• NVQ3 in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification required.
• General knowledge of drug therapy is important.
• Experience in a hospital environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of Meditech is preferable.
• Familiarity with Omnicell Automated Dispensing Cabinets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, patient-focused pharmacy services.
• Contribute to the day-to-day running of the Pharmacy.
• Manage dispensary, procurement, and stock control.

Skills

Strong relationship building skills

Registration with GpHC

NVQ3 in Pharmacy or BTEC in Pharmaceutical Sciences or an equivalent pharmacy technician qualification

General knowledge of drug therapy

Experience of working within a hospital environment

Knowledge of Meditech
