Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of those rough sleeping? We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Team Leader to join our dedicated Homeless/Rough Sleepers Team in Birmingham. In this pivotal role, you will lead and support a team of outreach workers and volunteers who work directly with individuals experiencing multiple and complex needs, helping them move away from the streets and into safer, more sustainable housing options.

Where Birmingham

Full Time Hours 37.5 per week

Full time Salary £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 depending on experience, pro rata for part time hours

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and supervision to the outreach team.
• Support staff on shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, to ensure safe and effective practice.
• Build strong relationships with key partners, including enforcement teams and accommodation providers, to deliver joined-up responses to rough sleeping.
• Ensure services achieve positive outcomes for people who sleep rough while addressing issues such as street activity and antisocial behaviour in a proactive way.
• Play an active role within the service’s management team, allocating caseloads, monitoring performance, and maintaining high-quality standards.
