The role – Home Ownership Manager

Reporting into the Home Ownership Team Manager, this role is an addition to the current team structure and will aid the team in managing our portfolio of Homeowners across London and Hertfordshire.

You will manage a number of Homeownership functions including, solicitors enquiries, lease extensions and section 20 consultations.

You will also be responsible for completing Estate Inspections and troubleshooting any issues that arise across your portfolio.

What you’ll do

• You will manage a portfolio of properties across your patch and be responsible for all Homeownership functions. (Lease extensions, solicitors enquiries §ion 20 consultations)
• Completing Estate Inspections
• Managing Anti-social behaviour
