A housing organization is looking for a Home Ownership Manager to manage Homeownership functions, including lease extensions and estate inspections, across London. Ideal candidates will have previous experience, strong multitasking skills, and a solution-focused attitude. Reporting into the Home Ownership Team Manager, this role is an addition to the current team structure and will aid the team in managing our portfolio of Homeowners across London and Hertfordshire.
You will manage a number of Homeownership functions including, solicitors enquiries, lease extensions and section 20 consultations.
You will also be responsible for completing Estate Inspections and troubleshooting any issues that arise across your portfolio.
