Overview

Our Clients in the London borough of Islington require Care Assistants for Home Care / Domiciliary Care Services in the following post codes.

What We Offer

• £13.43/hr Weekdays | £14.63/hr Weekends | £26.86/hr Bank Holidays
• £12.21/hr for Travel Time + 39p/mile for Mileage

Shift patterns

• Mondays to Sundays: between 6am to 9:15pm, shifts and hours to be discussed at the interview

Essential

• Min NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
• Previous experience of working as Health Care Assistants
• Must have current Enhanced DBS or must be willing to do one. Current DBS is accepted.

Main duties

• High standards of one to one personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, feeding and continuity of care
• Maintaining Continence/Managing Incontinence
• Assistance with getting out of bed in the morning and into bed at night
• Assist with Medication Administration or timely reminders when and if required
• General domestic tasks such as cleaning, bed making, laundry and ironing
• Plus any other duties that may be required
