We are seeking kind, compassionate individuals to join our team asHomeCare Assistantsfor clients inBristol, Portishead, Nailsea and surrounding areas.
This role is a zero hour contract, designed to be flexible.

Your Role
As aHome Care Assistant, you’ll provide tailored support to clients in their own homes, helping them feel safe, valued, and comfortable. Your role will include:

  • Companionship and meaningful social interaction
  • Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
  • Personal care (bathing, showering, dressing, grooming)

What We’re Looking For

  • Kind, compassionate, and reliable
  • Driver with access to your own transport (car or motorcycle) — essential
  • Available to work every or alternate weekends
  • Experience in care welcome but not essential — full training provided
  • Right to work in the UK
