On behalf of my client, a well-established and growing tool hire business, I am recruiting for a Hire Desk Controller to join their team at the Redhill depot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys being at the heart of depot operations.
This role would suit someone with experience in plant or tool hire, or a strong background in a busy customer service or contact centre environment where juggling multiple priorities comes naturally.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Hire Desk Controller will be the main point of contact for customers, handling on and off hire enquiries both face to face and over the phone. You'll play a key role in coordinating hires, supporting smooth equipment availability, and ensuring customers receive a seamless, efficient service from start to finish.
