Job summary

A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage document control processes across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and a background in civils or highways. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Document Control.
  • Extensive understanding of Document Control processes.
  • Experience in civil or highways background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, file, and distribute documents accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date registers of documents.
  • Prepare monthly reports for meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to Document Control Procedures.
  • Create and manage workflows and RFIs.
