Overview

I’m partnering exclusively with a financial services client who are mid‑way through a major HiBob HRIS implementation and require a specialist to lead the next phase of configuration, workflow design, and module rollout. They have recently gone live with HiBob and now need an expert who can build out end‑to‑end processes, optimise the system, and implement several upcoming modules. This is a hands‑on, specialist HiBob role, perfect for someone who has previously delivered HiBob implementations and understands how to translate HR processes into scalable, automated workflows. HR experience is highly desirable but not essential; what matters most is deep HiBob configuration capability. This role works closely with HR leadership to ensure the system is built correctly from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the post‑go‑live optimisation of HiBob Core, including workflow creation, process mapping, and configuration enhancements.
  • Design and implement automated workflows, approval chains, and lifecycle processes across the platform.
  • Own the rollout of upcoming HiBob modules, including:
    • Learning & Development
    • Compensation
    • Recruitment (ATS)
  • Configure system settings, fields, permissions, and templates to align with business requirements.
  • Build and refine processes and automations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across the HR lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and liaise directly with HiBob Support where required.
  • Maintain data integrity, conduct audits, and ensure accuracy across all HR data outputs.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support HR and leadership decision‑making.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure smooth data flows across platforms.
  • Provide guidance to HR stakeholders on best practice system usage and process design.
