A vehicle maintenance company in Sittingbourne is seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic to join their team. You will undertake all levels of maintenance and repairs in a busy workshop environment. The ideal candidate has a City & Guilds level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, and experience in a fleet or dealership is preferred. Job Role: HGV Mechanic
Location: Sittingbourne
OTE: £47,000 - £65,000+
Shifts: 4 on 4 off
The client is a commercial vehicle maintainer; they are looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic to join their team at their state of the art depot.

Responsibilities

• Based in a busy workshop environment, undertake all levels of maintenance, repairs and major overhauls as well as standard servicing and diagnostics.
• Follow the repair process from fault analysis to completion.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Experience working as an HGV Mechanic in a fleet or dealership environment.
• Having a C + E (class 1) driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
