Qualifications

• Around 2 years’ experience in a PQS or consultancy environment.
• Understanding of pre- and post-contract stages.
• Progress towards MRICS welcomed and supported.

Responsibilities

• Support senior surveyors with cost plans, estimates, and tender documents.
• Assist with measurement, take-offs, and valuations.
• Contribute to contract administration and post-contract cost control.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors.
