Position: Support Workers/Healthcare Assistants

Location: Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre, Kent

We care for adults with brain injuries or neurological conditions, offering intensive rehabilitation and residential care within a 12-acre estate.

Working Hours

Full-time, 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7am to 7:30pm and 7pm to 7:30am.

Responsibilities
  1. Build open and two-way relationships with patients.
  2. Support patients in their rehabilitation programs.
  3. Establish effective communication methods, reducing barriers as needed.
  4. Assist with mealtimes and personal care.
  5. Report and record work activities accurately.
  6. Ensure safety and uphold patients' human rights.
Requirements
  1. Genuine interest in providing person-centred care.
  2. Experience in care or mental health is advantageous but not essential.
  3. Must undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
