Main Duties of the Job

In This Exciting Role, You Will

  • Fully integrate into the Multidisciplinary Team: Have the opportunity to attend ward rounds and work with the HCOOP/Frailty lead to shape the service.
  • Provide training and teaching: Train FY1 and FY2 doctors, become an educational supervisor for trainee pharmacists, and supervise foundation pharmacists.
  • Engage in service level activities: Play a key role in the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Line management and practice supervision: Take on responsibilities in managing foundation pharmacists and acting as a practice supervisor, educational supervisor, enhancing your leadership skills.

Pursue further education: Undertake the Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) course to expand your qualifications
