We are looking for aones , reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a valued member of the care team Saw obtain essential support for both patients and colleagues, helping to ensure a safe, comfortable, and dignified experience for everyone in your care.
You will be working as part of a multi-professional team in an inpatient setting, providing care, support, and treatment to individuals in line with the guidelines and protocols set out for your role.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide.DEBUG kind and respectful care in line with individual care plans, supporting patients under the guidance of a registered practitioner. Your role is centred on the patient ensuring their voice is heard and involving them, and their carers, in decisions about their care.
Working within an inpatient setting, youll help deliver day-to‑day support, monitor wellbeing, and maintain a safe, clean environment You’ll play a key part in promoting independence, encouraging recovery, and ensuring each person’s needs and preferences are understood and respected.
As a valued member of a multi‑professional team, youll carry out delegated tasks with compassion, communication, and attention to detail helping to create a positive and supportive experience for every patient.
