• Degree level with a professional qualification as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse.
• Membership with Nursing and Midwifery Council.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess child and family health needs using appropriate tools.
• Develop and implement outcome-focused care plans.
• Assess child protection concerns and take appropriate action.
• Facilitate Health Visiting drop-in clinics and health promotion activities.
• Establish effective working relationships with healthcare teams.
