This is a pivotal role where you'll be the Group's subject matter expert on health and safety, ensuring statutory compliance across a diverse housing portfolio. The organisation manages over 3,000 homes, alongside a charitable arm delivering supported housing. Following a recent senior leadership restructure, the Group has brought health and safety management fully in-house and are now looking for an experienced professional to embed best practice and drive a strong safety culture across the business.
