Day To Day Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care to adults in a residential care home setting
• Supporting residents with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Assisting with meals and hydration while promoting independence and dignity
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any changes to senior staff
• Following care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Adhering to all care home policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
